My Confession

This morning I had four affairs, all before breakfast. It’s a good thing my wife doesn’t get jealous. Over the years she has grown accustomed to my ways and is tolerant of my need for a little adventure on the side. For clarity, I will say that four in one day is a little unusual, even for me. I do have a regular close to home, but I rarely get the variety like I had this morning. The following is my confession.

I was in Houston on business. I awoke early in my hotel room. I wish I could say that it just happened. But to be truthful, I planned it. I knew I would be eager that morning so I contacted some of the locals and asked them for advice. They told me exactly where to find what I was looking for. They told me when I arrived to ask for Purple. That seemed strange to me, but I followed their instructions.

When I arrived I asked the first guy I saw where to find Purple. He knew exactly what I was talking about and pointed me in the right direction. Within about five minutes we met for the first time. Purple wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. Yes, she was very pretty, but a little wider than I like, and mostly flat. But she was very accommodating. We got right down to business and within about 10 minutes I had worked up a good sweat. However, after a while Purple became a little boring. I was really hoping for something more. And then it happened. I spotted Yellow out of the corner of my eye.

I decided that while I was here I might as well spend some time with Yellow. She was very different than Purple. Both were very beautiful, but Yellow had the curves that I was looking for. It didn’t take long before we started to get a little dirty. I didn't mind it. I was up for whatever she could offer. I could feel my heart rate increasing as I worked harder and harder. But as quickly as it started, it was over. She had no more to give. I was disappointed. I felt like I was just getting into the groove and I wanted more.

Fortunately, Yellow lead me over to Orange. Orange took me in just like Yellow and Purple had done. Orange was very similar to Yellow. I felt like I was on a familiar friend. I made the transformation without missing a beat. Orange had much more to give than Yellow. It seemed like we went on forever. I could hardly wait to see what she had in store for me next. When we finished I wanted to do it again. But I knew I needed to move on.

Almost immediately I ran into Blue. I almost passed her by because I was starting to get a little tired and didn’t think I had it in me for another. But I just couldn’t resist. I could hear her calling out to me, begging me to do my thing. I decided this would be my last, that I would give it my best and then head back to the hotel. I’m glad I stayed. Blue didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed her as much as Yellow and Orange. But I was also happy when we finished.

Blue lead me to Purple who escorted me back to where we had first met. I was very pleased with my affairs. I felt fulfilled. I had a grin on my face when I arrived at the office for my first meeting. I couldn’t wait to tell the others about Memorial Park and my adventures with Purple, Yellow, Orange, and Blue. They were the best trails that I've run in a long time… well, except for my regular close to home--there's nothing like the Northshore Trail. I hope she will still respect me in the morning.
