Hi Trail Jogger, I've been in Texas since late June and loving the heat training. I'm gonna try and get out to Glen Rose for some trail running. Have you run those trails? If so, do you have any particular ones that you recommend?
Lauren--I've not run those trails. I mostly run in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
If you are still going to be around on July 23rd, you should join us (North Texas Trail Runners) for a night run on the Northshore Trail. It'll be a blast!
