Excuse The Mess!

    How are you doing? Have you kicked the PF? My coach/friend Jill struggled with PF for over a year a swell and finally kicked it. It can be done but may take a while. Let us know how you are doing.

  2. No, still struggle with it. Each time I start running again and put in any distance it flares back up. So I've put down my running shoes and traded them info a Tae-kwon-do uniform. What's strange is that the TKD workouts don't bother my foot. So I am sticking with TKD for now. Will try the trail thing again in the fall.
