Yea, I gained weight again. Just .4 lbs, but a gain no less. So I need a little more work on dialing this in. I will say I continue to eat good quality food. I just need to get that second part squared away.

ReplyDeleteI'm lucky in that I don't need to use weight but understand your issue with the stopping when your full. It's hard when it taste so good, then there's just the size of meals today and the dreaded idea of left overs. Or even worse having to cook it a second time!
One trick I learned from my uncle is instead of grabbing a dinner plate, grab a sandwich plate. You'll limit yourself on how much you can put on it. The key is not going back for a second plate.
