MyFitnesspal

I couldn't bring myself to pay the fee to sign up for Weight Watchers again. But I really like the online tools for tracking my intake and exercise. James on Facebook recommended a tool called MyFitnesspal.com. So I signed up for it and will give it a try. Click below to see my food diary:

    I used Sparkpeople for almost two years tracking my exercise and calorie intake. I stopped tracking earlier this year but feel like I'm missing some accountability to myself without tracking what I eat.

    MyFitnessPal looks like a great site to allow me to regain some of that accountability.

  2. I use loseit.com, it's fairly simple and free and also has an Iphone app. It's an easy way to track calories in/calories out.
