I couldn't bring myself to pay the fee to sign up for Weight Watchers again. But I really like the online tools for tracking my intake and exercise. James

ReplyDeleteI used Sparkpeople for almost two years tracking my exercise and calorie intake. I stopped tracking earlier this year but feel like I'm missing some accountability to myself without tracking what I eat.
MyFitnessPal looks like a great site to allow me to regain some of that accountability.

ReplyDeleteI use loseit.com, it's fairly simple and free and also has an Iphone app. It's an easy way to track calories in/calories out.
